So i went to Bag & Save to get the FREE hot dogs and cheap Hamburger Helper. What do you know, more coupon fraud going on. I am really getting sick of this. It seems as if almost every store i now shop has to question printable coupons before accepting them.
What do you do if that is the case for you ? If you have printed coupons legally then you can point out to them they can go verify the coupon for you online while you wait. Yes, they can do that. Yes, i have told them to do that before.
Here is what i bought...
Hamburger meat $1.99lb bought $7.11
10 boxes of Hamburger Helper $.67 x 10 $6.70
4 pks Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs $.99x4 = $3.96
Total $18.03
Total After Coupons $10.81
Total Saved $7.22
+when you buy 5 boxes of HH you get a $3 off your next order of HH
The deal i hap posted earlier was wrong. I am sorry for that i miss understood the coupon. It was actually for $3 off beef, chicken or tuna. So now i am debating if i want to do the deal again, because $ off meat is much better than $ off HH. Never do we get meat deals.
NEW BUDGET $2025.45
YEAR TO DATE COUPON SAVINGS OF $2214.70
Year to date Mail In Rebate Savings $132.71

The coupon fraud just stinks. Seems whenever there's a good thing, there's also abuse of it. I don't encounter it as much as you do. People! Just stop it!! It's not worth risking the all the future great deals for a "cheatin' good time" right now. There are other ways of paying little/no money for food. Tip: follow QSM's great tips!
Same thing happened to me at Super Saver with the monthly FREE Nabisco coupon. The cashier said there was an increase in computer fraud and because the coupon said FREE she had to call a manager. The manager came over and said she hasn't seen the coupon before and called another manager. She went to the office and came back 15 minutes later unable to find the coupon on the computer. I told her where I found it, facebook, and that it only comes out once a month. She finally accepted the coupon but with hesitation. The cashier kept saying we have to do this because of all the coupon fraud. I rely on using online coupons and spend a great deal of time searching for them. If this is how a store will treat a regular customer then I will shop somewhere else. I wish others would stop abusing and not ruin it for everyone else.
