Congrats! I just saw you on the WOWT news as I'm in Nebraska, too!
Great, Laura! Isn't it nice to know you're helping so many people save? As always, thanks for your hard work in sharing your deals.
I have been following on here for quite a long time. I saw you last night on the news and was excited to put a face to the blog!! I am hoping to get to a coupon class someday. I love what you do for us!! thanks again!
I thought that I was good at using coupons and buying on sale and getting by on a budget for my family of four plus dog. I spend way less than most other people i know, but you have me way beat! I must be missing something.
ShoppingKim ~ I did not know you were in NE. I always like hearing where couponers are from and thank you for the Congrats.
Cheap Thrills ~
It is a GREAT feeling when you can help others out and help them learn how to coupon. My family is not able to donate much $ to places so using coupons allows me to donate food and health items to pantries. I usually donate to the Siena Francis House, just because they are close to me. Thank you for commenting and enjoying my blog.

I am glad you have stuck w/ my blog through thick & thin. That means a lot to me. Thank you!

I would like to get to know you better so i would not have to call you Anonymous, lol.
I am going to get a coupon class organized soon. I have had a high demand of that asked of me since the story has aired on the news. I'll keep you updated as soon as i know something.
Thank you for following my blog for so long. I appreciate it and your comments.
Hi! I saw you on WOWT and after looking at your blog I have a question. Do you shop at all of these stores each week? If no, how do you maximize the deals? Thanks and I appreciate all the time and effort you put in to saving us money!
Angela ~
That is a good question. I don't shop all the stores. I do shop Bakers, Target & Walmart pretty regular. If there is a hot sale and i have to shop somewhere else i will. It just depends on the sale and if we need it. Walmart will let you price match almost all the local ads, so you are not driving all over the place. I hope this has helped answer some of your questions. Glad you got to see the story. Your welcome ! I enjoy helping others save there hard earned money.
I just started following your blog. I'd love to take a coupon class if you offer one! Also, what is your opinion on Costco and Sam's Club pricing compared to Target or Walmart? A friend and I want to split the yearly fee to one and then shop together - splitting the items and bill so it doesn't blow our monthly budget. We'd buy what we can there and then the rest at HyVee, Baker's, etc. Do you think that is worth it?
I'm working on getting a coupon class together. I hope for it to be sometime in August. I will post on the blog when i get it all organized.
My opinion on Costco and Sam's Club for MY FAMILY is not worth it. The main reason it is not worth it for our family is because you can not use coupons there. I usually can get my items cheaper at Bakers & Target and a few other stores.
There produce was always great at Sams Club. Reasonably priced as well. However the produce alone was just not worth the savings for us. If your going to sign up for it now will be the time to do so though. I posted a link previously about getting a $20 gift card when you join as a member. The other things you can save a nice amount on there would be electronic items. This is just another item we do not buy much of.
You can go shop there as a guest for free 1x and then just get charged a % fee on your total. At least if you do this you can try before you have to buy.
I hope this info can help you some.
