Slow Cooker Roast With French Dip
3 1/2 pound roast
3 cans beef consomme or Beef Broth
1 packet onion soup mix
1 Packet of Ajus

Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Once ingredients are mixed add the roast. Cook on High for 4-5 hours then set to low for 4-5 more hours. Then shred meat and add to a hoagie bun ( i use Rotella's).

Last lay sliced cheese on top. I use Kretchmar Smoked Baby Swiss Cheese. Toast in broiler on high for a few minutes. Serve with juices from crock pot and bbq sauce.
