I guess you got "lucky" maximum amount for that coupon is 3.48.
Right, i even pointed it out to the manager. They said they take the maximum amount of the item off, not the value of coupon. Which is weird but i wasn't going to argue. Also, this is at more than one store that people have got them for free, so it must be CVS's thing to do, i dunno.
