Opportunity for individuals and families to register for Christmas assistants programs, including; Adopt-A-Family, Toyland and the holiday food voucher program. This will be located at The Salvation Lied Renaissance Center, 3612 Cuming St.
To apply for assistance you must bring the following items with you.
1. Bring Proof of Income (HHS Poverty Guideline)
2. Bring Social Security Cards and/or Birth Certificates for everyone in family (No Photo Copeis or Medicare Cards without SSN)
3. Picture ID of applicant
4. Address verification dated less than 30 days
5. Must apply in person
6. Phone Bill dated less than 30 days (If you are applying for Adopt-A-Family program)
