National Guard Armory, located on the west edge of Beatrice, 210 S. Reed St.
This back-to-school program for low-income children of Gage County is co-sponsored by the Beatrice Salvation Army.
Services include:
school clothes, shoe coupons, haircut vouchers, school physicals, health kits and backpacks with school supplies.
In addition, Gage County United Way is supporting the program with its Stuff the Bus event. Beginning July 1, drop-off sites for new school supplies are Beatrice Public Library, East Court Dairy Queen and West Court Dairy Queen, or Fridays, July 22 and July 29, in the Wal-Mart Parking Lot.
