Ok, this is one of those couponers who do things illegally. As usual it does tick me off to no end that someone can and will do this.
Why must you CHEAT the coupon system, when you can get everything dirt cheap or FREE w/ coupons used legally ?

All I can say is WOW!! I've only been couponing for one year.. And I've heard of people scamming the system.. But with all the work she must've put in to make these coupons, she could've done what we do and get so much cheap/free... just like you said. I'm so glad they caught her!!
